Our team bring years of experience in managing IM programs and projects. Our experience includes management of larger, more complex initiatives such as those supporting commercialization and product launch as well as more focused projects that address specific areas such data integration, technology transfer, or training.

Series Four can manage a portion of an organization’s EIM program or manage the program in its entirety, starting with early stage roadmap development through program deployment. We work with internal business and IT stakeholders, along with third-party data, technology, and service providers to establish and manage program timelines, milestones, budgets, and constraints.
